Where is RAA Construction Group based?
Our office is at 20350 Ventura Blvd, Suite 135, in Woodland Hills, California. We're a local business - not a franchise or out-of-area outfit.
How far will you travel for a project?
Roughly a 25-30 mile radius of Woodland Hills. That covers essentially all of the San Fernando Valley, Calabasas, Pasadena, the Westside, and most of LA County.
Do you work across different LA permit jurisdictions?
Yes. We regularly pull permits at LADBS (LA City), LA County, City of Pasadena, City of Calabasas, Burbank, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, and Culver City. We know which office owns which street.
Are hillside projects a specialty?
Yes. A large share of our work is on hillside lots - caissons, retaining walls, grading-heavy sites, and view preservation. We have long-term geotech and structural engineering partners who know LA hillside construction.
What if my address isn't listed?
Call us. Most LA County addresses within ~30 miles of Woodland Hills are within scope, and we'll tell you honestly if yours is outside our efficient service area.
