Woodland Hills
Our home base. RAA Construction Group's office is on Ventura Boulevard in Woodland Hills, and roughly a third of everything we build is within five miles of our front door.

Tarzana
Tarzana is five minutes from our office and one of our most active service areas. Large lots, big remodels, and hillside custom homes we've been building for more than a decade.

Encino homes are some of our favorite to work on - mid-century ranches, Amestoy traditional estates, and the view lots off Hayvenhurst. Careful renovation without breaking the character.

Calabasas
Calabasas projects trend luxury - estate remodels, large custom homes, and outdoor-living packages that take advantage of hillside views. Permits go through LA County or City of Calabasas depending on the address.

Pasadena is historic-preservation territory. Many of our projects here involve Landmark District review, CHRD approvals, and the care required to renovate a 1910 Craftsman without ruining what makes it one.
