My family & I have been living with a nightmare of a kitchen for over a year and a half. It was very challenging to find the right contractor willing to restore a skeleton of a kitchen back to its original state. Creating a new kitchen would have been easier. The project was too small for many contractors. Other contractors were willing to do the job but charged outrageous prices. After much time, I put the word out again on YELP in search of a contractor. Thank you YELP for being there for me!

Michael Lungu came to my home the very next day. Michael was wonderful - not only in terms of his help but also in terms of his terrific personality (and lots of it!). He was professional, warm, reassuring, easy to talk to and never failed to keep his word. Michael's word was golden! More importantly, he quoted a fair price. Internally, I hoped that RAA Construction would do a fair job as well. I was very nervous but Michael was so nice and reassuring that I thought, ``surely, I've chosen the right contractor.``
Well, RAA Construction did not disappoint despite the fact that the job was very time consuming & difficult. They finished the job in an impressively timely manner. Kudos to Cabinet Maker Jacob. Like Michael, Jacob was warm, reassuring and easy to talk to.

Moti & his crew at RAA completed a total remodel of a full bathroom. It looks amazing. The attention to detail during each step of the process was an excellent. This was our first big remodel & had heard many contractor horror stories from friends and neighbors. We consulted w/many companies and none stood out quite like RAA.
From the start, we felt Moti's quote and assessment was the most thorough snd detailed. He's the only contractor that talked about permitting and adjusting specific items to meet code. He gave cost alternative options for saving money without compromising quality. The quote was on the higher end compared to the others received but there were no surprise costs. The estimate was very detailed and thorough.
We received a shopping list for all items we needed to purchase for the remodel and Moti was available all the time by text/phone/ FaceTime if we had a question while purchasing supplies. He always responded quickly which was very helpful.
We were scheduled to start may 1st and asked if we could start a week early to accommodate a business trip we had planned. After checking their schedule they were able to accommodate the request. From the start the crew was always professional. The entire process was even finished a week earlier than expected. We were shocked how fast they progressed.
The site manager, Josef was really great. His comprehensive knowledge ensured a smooth operation. He met all the various crew members at the start of each day & checked in on them throughout the day if he had to go to other project sites. The demolition crew tore out the entire bathroom in a half a day. Lightning fast. The plumber team, electrical team, general construct guys, all were professional across the board. The tile installer, Mario, was really friendly & polite. Our twin toddlers loved having him around, renaming him ``Super Mario.``
The communication and customer service with the RAA team was exceptional. Quality of work was better than we imagined. We appreciated how they educated us why certain things needed to be a certain way. We didn't feel uninformed or like we were blindly paying for anything.
The inspector wasn't available for a few days during the original timeline plan but Moti was exceptionally resourceful at reimagining the schedule to maintain a highly efficient path toward our end goal. He shuffled other tasks & steps they could still work on to stay on schedule.
We are extremely happy we chose RAA and hire them again for future projects. Moti went above & beyond to ensure success. Thank you!

RAA was very responsive to a small turnkey project that I needed. I wanted to change my kitchen backsplash, which also entailed deinstall/reinstall of under cabinet lighting, range and overhead appliance hood. My goal, one stop shopping / overall project management. I was even provided a contact at Superior Tile. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, product was delayed and project dates kept moving. Araz, from Superior did an outstanding job, continuously following up, tracking the tile and delivery, down to the hour, Daniel’s continuous follow up and contact kept things moving. Unfortunately, we were now in a critical limited window for us due to our previous commitments. But Daniel was able to deliver. I couldn't have been more pleased with our installers. Not only professional and pleasant, but the quality work product and attention to detail was very noticeable. I am so pleased with the work.

Moti and his team came in to save the day after our original contractor was unable to complete the job. We gutted our entire condo, and even with many setbacks they finished close to the projected timeline and did a beautiful job. Every project has its challenges but we are overall very pleased and thankful to be living in our beautiful home!

Moti and his crew is top notch. They are reasonably priced, work fast and cleanly. They're friendly bunch that is extremely helpful and clear while walking us through each step of the renovation. They offer great ideas and solutions to tricky situations.
RAA just finished repainting my entire house plus converting an outdated wet bar Into a beautiful walk in pantry. The people that came into my home every day for weeks were respectful, hard working and considerate. They were careful with my house, kept it clean, respected the 6 of us that lived there through the construction and took extra precautions to be COVID safe. They took their time doing the work and paid dry close attention to detail. I am so happy with the revamp my house just received. It feels Like a completely different space and is so much more functional. They went out of their way to make us happy and comfortable and I would have them back to do more work anytime!
After meeting with several contractors about remodelling my bathroom and nobody really understood what I wanted to happen and how I want it to happen. Ashley made an appointment for Michael to come and see what I had in mind. Michael was very prompt and direct to the point... very detailed!

Beyond Satisfied with how my bathroom came out. I decided to hire RAA after I met with a few contractors regarding remodeling my bathroom. Moti was actually the last one I met out of all of them, and all I can only say is that I am quite happy I didn't reach a decision before meeting with him.
I expressed exactly what I wanted for my bathroom and how I would like it to look, and I got exactly what I wished for. During the remodeling I was concerned about the mess it would cause to my entire house, but as Moti promised when we first met, all the work was done super cleanly and efficiently. The project was done fast and professionally.
I had been given an approximate completion date for the project and the company went past that date by ONE day only and they let me know as that date approached. That's amazing in the industry. I look forward to working with them again in the very near future for my next remodel.
I got flooring reinstalled and my shower completely redone by RAA, and had a fantastic experience. The reason I went with RAA was that I felt like Moti genuinely cared about the client and the results of the job - as an inexperienced homeowner and my first construction job this was important to me as I knew I'd need some basic things explained to me and have heard horror stories about other construction projects. That initial impression from was kept consistent throughout the project by Josef. He was always thinking ahead about things that needed to be done, and was able to work around my busy schedule easily. In addition, he was patient with my basic questions and really took a wholistic approach with the project, doing whatever he could to have a successful project and happy client. I had experiences with other contractors in the past where I very much felt like I was being hung to dry, and were really difficult to get on the same page with to figure out what they needed and vise versa. I didn't have that problem at all with Josef - super great experience.
The quality and speed of the work were definitely up to par, with good attention to detail and feel like the finished product is one that will last. Overall I'm really happy and will definitely be reaching out to RAA with future projects. Thanks so much Josef and Moti!

My husband and I just completed a project with RAA Construction Group, and we are very happy with the results. Our project manager was Michael, and he did a great job from start to completion. We were only doing a partial/minor remodel of our master bathroom; so we were having trouble finding a company that would be willing to take on the small job (as opposed to a full, very expensive remodel). RAA demoed and installed new tile in our 2nd guest bathroom; and then demoed old stand-alone sinks, installed new light fixtures, did plumbing work (install & re-configuring), and installed our new double-sink vanity, medicine cabinet, and huge vanity mirror. I felt they did a great job with clean up, too. It all turned out great!
I wanted to wait till my project is done before I put this review so I won't regret anything I say. We hired RAA Construction Group for a complete kitchen renovation after we were highly recommended by a friend. From the very starting point of the project all the way till the installation of all my kitchen appliances Moti & his team were very professional every step of the way. I received weekly schedules and daily updates on my projects. The crew did the kitchen very fast, even faster then I thought. It's so nice to see a kitchen being built from ground zero so fast!. We just passed final inspection and of course Moti made sure to be present while the city inspector came. I felt very much involved with the project but stress free!

They came with a wonderful presentation and computerized design to prove me that they should be the one preforming the job and so they did. As they are almost done I am very happy with my decision! RAA was fantastic with helping us demo our old kitchen tile countertops and replace with beautiful butcher block. They also installed a new sink for us and it looks amazing! We are new home owners with a smaller budget, we are so thankful we were able to find RAA and achieve our outcome at a fair price. I needed a contractor in the LA area to remodel a rental property. I spoke with several contractors and ultimately chose RAA and couldn't be happier with their professionalism and high quality of completion. Moti and his office staff communicated with us constantly during the project and finished everything earlier than the estimated time frame that was promised even with a few unexpected issues that were out of their control. Really impressed from start to finish and would recommend them to anyone in the area needing home renovation or home addition work done.
We are so pleased with the job RAA construction did for us. After interviewing a several other contractors we decided to move forward with Moti and his team for several reasons. First, the attention to detail and design was superior. Our project was relatively small, but Moti still used his software to show us a 3D version of what our house would look like after construction. I am very much type A personality so I was worried about hiring a contractor to begin with since they are notorious for being late, behind schedule, unreachable, etc. Moti and team could not be more opposite. He said they would arrive at 8 am sharp on the start date and sure enough they were there at 8 am sharp! Also, my husband and I were not able to be home due to our work schedules and Moti kept us updated throughout the day via text and photos. I really appreciated this and felt like the communication was above and beyond my expectations. Finally, they finished this job in 2 days!! Some of the other quotes we got ranged from 2 weeks to a month! I couldn't believe how fast they were. Isaac is the man for his expertise and skill. He did an amazing job for us! I just can't say enough good things about this whole experience from start to finish. We love the results of our project and are looking forward to our next project with RAA construction. I don't post that many posts but sometimes it's a must. RAA company deserve every star. They are reliable and have a great service. We recently did our bathroom remodeled with this company. They delivered what exactly they promised. That finished in the time frame they said. In this business you don't find so many honest ones. And let me say also how clean this crew is. They cleaned each day after them like we had no construction going on.
We might be doing our kitchen soon and for sure will choose RAA.
We were very pleased with the first remodeling project that RAA Construction Group did in our house few years ago and we decided to hire them once again to completely remodel few sections of our house. During this remodeling project, they took our ideas and vision and brought it into life. What we wanted was to have a large open space of the whole first floor while merging the kitchen with the living room and dining room areas. Our best part of having RAA Construction Group performing the remodeling was how they guided us during the whole remodeling process making sure that we will take the right decisions and purchases of materials mainly when we had a contractor, a designer and a decorator working as one big team and helping us with basically everything. On top of all of that, they also did a great remodeling job, made sure that it will be based on the promised schedule and finished the remodeling project while making sure that there will be no mistakes or problems. During the work, we wanted to have some modifications that caused to change the budget. They made sure to inform us before we made the changes so we won't have any surprises with the money. We would eagerly recommend them.
